I recently sold my motorhome and purchased a new travel trailer from Allen Dale Calgary. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and easy to work with. They were quite accommodating as I had some personal challenges going on at the time which created some complexities for me to get over there easily. I found Andrea especially friendly and helpful. I would recommend Allen Dale for both selling and purchasing.

From picking out the trailer at the RV show to picking it up to take home the entire process was great! Dean was a very knowledgable and kind sales person. Chris did a great job helping us out with some technical issues. Dawn in the business office made the process simple with low pressure. Hal was very thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of the trailer. A great team.

Everyone was such a pleasure to work with at Allan Dale, from Dennis, Dawn, Hal, Shawn and others. Incredible customer service all the way to delivering a trailer to our parking pad to ensure it fit before we committed to purchasing.

So we decided to buy a motorhome and to do so we had to trade in two trailers. Pat and Kirk were most helpful in getting everything done. Through very trying family issues and our not even being present, we managed to get everything done. Amanda was great in finance making it all as smooth as possible. The unit was pristine on pick up day which was memorable because of the snow??? We were so pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them for any rv purchases.

Okay, so we bought our 2023 Thor Sanctuary last summer from Allen-Dale in Balzac, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the moment we walked in, the team was super welcoming and knowledgeable, but whats really stood out has been the amazing service we've received from Shawn (the service manager) over the past 8 months or so. Shawn has seriously gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. Anytime we’ve had a question or any issues, he and his team have been quick to respond and even quicker to get it sorted. They’ve totally exceeded our expectations—by a lot! Buying a campervan is a big deal, and we feel so confident in our choice because of the support we’ve had from the team at Allen-Dale. We’d 100% buy from them again. If you’re thinking about getting a campervan or RV, we can’t recommend them enough—and we’re SO glad we pulled off the highway on a whim to check them out!

A big thanks to everyone who works there. I was there for warranty work on a truck camper I bought from RVCity in Morinville. A group was waiting for me at the front door and gave me keys to a vehicle so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. It was a difficult problem to find and they phoned me every hour to keep me informed on their progress. They called me back when they were sure they had solved the problem. I fully recommend their friendly service department to anyone who needs work done properly. Thanks Guys

Just bought a new Utility trailer and for once, I enjoyed the buying process! I’ve avoided banks and loans for a long time cause I hate them but decided to bite the bullet. I did the pre approval online and was contacted via email by Amanda in the financing department. She wasn’t pushy and she just basically said “here if you need me”. I ended up briefly talking with Kurt, but I already knew what I wanted so 98% of my dealing was with Amanda. She went above and beyond and got me a deal that worked perfectly. Communication was on point and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have bought what I did, when I did. Kurt had my trailer ready to go and was great to chat with. If I’m ever in the market again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Amanda to get a deal done again. Kudos and much thanks to both of them.

I was looking for a good quality used Trailer and was checking websites of dealers when I stumbled on a used 2017 Jayco BH19 unit, I reached out to Allan Dale RV and spoke with Andrea, she answered all of my questions regarding the unit very promptly and sent me lots of photos witch I appreciated. The best part here is she didn’t push sales tactics, she gave me options but let me decide on my own. I don’t have buyers regret as a result and Feel really good about my purchase. I also want to Thank Hal for the walk through and operation of all the Trailer components as this is my first time owning one. And Chris for Helping me out with the Trailer hook up and Brake controller operation. Ultimately all the members of this team were honest and helpful. I can honestly say they stood by their words and sold me a quality unit which I will enjoy for many years. Thank you for a great experience!! What an amazing group of people! Manon is a gem. Called her and explained what we were looking for. Took the time to send me some options. Went to view and picked out our new travel trailer. The most fun I’ve ever had buying a trailer. Thanks to Kirk sales manager and Nicole finance manager and all the rest of the crew. Yes, I was a difficult customer. I changed my mind at least three or four times bought a trailer last year and they took it back and traded it in for the trailer I finally purchased Recently. They made everything happen so easily. They were very accommodating. They made sure that I was taking care of. The service is great. I love these guys. The staff at Allan Dale made the process of purchasing our new Thor Scope Campervan a very pleasant experience. Dean, our sales representative, was very friendly and helpful in providing all the information we needed to make our final decision on our purchase. Although we have yet to get our new Scope out for a camping adventure, we look forward to trying it out as soon as weather permits. Had a flat tire on the QE2. Limped the vehicle off the highway and stopped in the Allan Dale lot to change the tire. I started changing the tire and without asking staff helped out and brought power tools and a torque wrench to help. Great staff and people. Thanks!

Lost my 1.5 year old trailer to a big tree. Dealing with Allan Dale was a very enjoyable experience for the purchase of a new trailer. They understood the insurance procedures and time it takes to settle. The staff are incredibly friendly and down to earth. Manon, went above and beyond to deliver the new trailer to me. From The Marks : My wife and I recently purchased a new Alliance Delta travel trailer from Allan Dale in Red Deer. We are very happy with the level of service we received. David handled the sale and we found him to be very open, fair and willing to work with us to reach a good deal. He clearly understood what we needed and went the extra mile to win our business. Amanda took care of paperwork and helped us choose the finance and warranty options that best fit our requirements, all with complete honesty and no pressure. Both David and Amanda demonstrated integrity and respect; I can honestly say that buying our trailer from Allan Dale was one of the best sales experiences we've ever had. We don't collect the trailer until April (the dealership has been good enough to store it for us), so I can't yet comment on the pickup experience, but we will post another review to let everyone know how that went. So far, so good; great customer service from the folks at Allan Dale in Red Deer.

Professional, very accommodating went above and beyond. These comments were from the day I picked up the unit, after having the unit, of which I was told had been thoroughly checked and tested, has become a total nightmare dealing with this location. Within a day of my journey to Texas I had been having issues, spoke to there so called service department and was told they would look into it, nothing basically took place. Once arrived at my US destination, issues continued to happen with the unit, wiper issues, aquahot issues, transfer switch issues, washing machine doesn't work. Etc. Again tried to get resolve, nothing. Hired local service company for some issues, aquahot confirmed never serviced did annual service, was better but problem existed sent video of noises etc to service department, still no reply. Contacted aquahot certified technician and found several issues with aquahot of which will cost around 2500.00 USD, still no washing machine, still power issues, but no reply from the Edmonton branch. Quit frankly, I would caution anyone buying from this location to spend the money and have an independent inspection, I suggested this for my purchase but they assured me that they have done a complete and thorough inspection and that I shouldn't waste my money. There are numerous other issues with there up sale on what they call paint protection etc. Quite frankly don't waste your money on this, it is done poorly. I will escalat these issues to another level and hopefully get some resolve, if not I will look at other options. All in all, I received lip service and sales talk. Truly a very disappointing experience dealing with the Edmonton branch. I am now trying to get some resolve through there Reddeer branch, of which so far there service manager has helpful. Will update accordingly. Overall will never deal with the Edmonton branch. I give it a negative rating.As an update February 2025, Reddeer service has been involved and I must say, they continue to go above and beyond, Kelly has been very supportive, full of expertise and knowledge, and has been in constant communication through this process. I still contend that the Edmonton group have been professional through the sales and purchase process, and it's unfortunate for what ever reason the service side needs help. Hopefully they get the service support team they need.

Our experience buying our first trailer there was amazing. Mike helped us find a perfect 6x12 enclosed trailer with an amazing deal. Dawn made the financing process easy and understandable. We did everything over the phone and then came the next day to sign the papers. I was very impressed with their efficiency. We have a Ram 1500 and a 3500, and we weren't sure how to make the same trailer fit both truck heights (which are very different). They helped us with that and installed both hitches and extended the cables in about 30 minutes—all done! The staff is very friendly. When we plan to purchase our next trailer, we will definitely be back! Love it! I would greatly recommend this store to anyone looking for trailers or RVs; they have tons of options. Thank you again for all your help and for being very respectful, efficient, and helpful!

I ordered some DSW benches and a coat rack for my enclosed snowmobile trailer. Just when I thought there was no such thing as customer service anymore, everyone at Allan Dale exceeded my expectations. Kelly even followed up to make sure that I received my order. I would highly recommend them and will definitely shop with them again.

Pat was great to deal with and when our truck broke down 20 mins after picking up the stock trailer not only did they offer to store the trailer awhile longer but he jumped in a truck and come and got it. That was a huge help since lots of tow companies don’t have units to come pick up trailers and home was 3 hrs away.

Ordered a bunch of DSW sled trailer accessories. Not only did they have everything in stock, Dena and Kelly were able to package everything up and ship it up to the Yukon the next day. Great service like this is tough to find these days but these guys nailed it.

We picked it up this week and Rod and Fraser were very helpful and took a lot of time to share knowledge and advice with us. Amanda was very kind, professional, and helpful as well; overall the service was excellent and I would happily recommend this place to anyone in Alberta who is looking to buy a trailer!

Great customer service. I’ve been looking for a slam door latch for almost a month. Spoke to two other RV dealers and they couldn’t find the Part. Spoke with Kelly in the parts department and with in 20 mins we found it. Will definitely be doing my business there from now on!

Picked up my new trailer today.. did the walk thru and found a few things that need to be fixed and adjusted. Reamus, one of the mechanics on site, was excellent!! Great attitude, very informative and professional. Very happy that he was there during my walk thru! Would reccommend u ask for him for any work you may need done

So not going to lie, I didn't actually shop here, I was on my motorcycle (with an open face helmet) on Deerfoot southbound about a week ago, and suddenly a pretty brutal wind / rain / hail storm kicked up. I chose to wimp it out and seek shelter. Closest place; Allen Dale. So very friendly staff, offered me to stay as long as I wanted, offered for me to have a seat, very polite and courteous to people on the phone, and it was very clean. That's about all I can say :)

Although we did not buy a trailer from here, Dave was absolutely fabulous, his patients and help made a huge impact on us. Thank you for all your help

Most days I wake up wanting to buy a big beautiful slide pull behind trailer. I often sit and think....when I can afford one, would I get a fifth wheel kind, or a straight hook up pull behind. But I say to myself I wonder if there's rules about fifth wheel vs the old trailer kind. I just don't know. But thankfully I know Great people who do. I know this may be bias because I used to work for this company but I don't lie. So I hope you take what I say real. At Allendale the staff are consistently working together as a team . They treart customers very good. They answer any questions you may about your pull behind. The senior members of their team are a "dictionary" of knowledge and they certainly pass their knowledge around. If you own a trailer and it breaks down or needs some work, I suggest taking it to Allendale. Their team of mechanics are great cause they have pride in the work they do. The parts ordering lady is a shining Star. She'll probably know the part number without even looking it up. She's awesome. Another quality is the way the trailer looks when it leaves the shop. Your trailer will shine cause the washbay lady work's hard to make it that way. Every ship needs a good captain and Allandale west Edmonton has a great leader/captain. A very knowledgeable,honest and tight ship your runningKirk. Keep fighting the good fight was a Modo instilled. Great pricing for great product backed by great personell. I had a fantastic experience buying my first trailer, an Intech Sol at Allan Dale with Melissa, who was super-knowledgeable and encouraging to me as a first time trailer-owner. She's friendly, caring and she helped me to have a great shopping experience; highly recommend working with her if shopping for a new trailer! Maz and the service technician (Shawn?) were also a breeze to work with. I shopped a lot before buying at Allan Dale. I wanted both a good buying experience as well as warranty service I could rely on. From Kurt in sales, who sold me a Keystone Avalanche I received a great buying experience. But where Allan Dale really shone, was in the service department. The Avalanche came from the factory, with some issues that could not be discerned prior to using it. However, the service team, primarily Kelly, were diligent in their attention to detail and relentless in resolving the warranty issues. The repairs took most of the winter. I received regular calls from Kelly with updates. After the service work was completed I went and spent over an hour with Kelly reviewing the work done. The outcome was work performed at a higher level than factory. I am impressed by both the sales team, and the service team at Allan Dale and would definitely recommend the Red Deer location for consumers looking for an RV.

We recently bought a Bison living quarters horse trailer and were very happy with our experience. Dave our sales guy and Dawn our finance lady were both very helpful and easy to deal with. All of the staff there are very personable and friendly, willing to help out where needed. The manager was accommodating with our requests and did what it took to make a deal happen. Would definitely recommend.
